PAT WATKINS
Pat started her golfing career at North Worcestershire Golf Club and a few years after began to represent the County, which she continues to do.
Her first sporting love was Hockey, playing at County and Midlands level - a very talented goalkeeper - one whom international forwards found difficult to beat. When her playing career finished Pat continued to support the County in a number of administrative roles.
When Pat retired as Head of Physical Education at a Birmingham School, she moved into remote Herefordshire. Yet, she continued to completely back the Association both as committee member and player, despite the long distances to be travelled.
As well as her golf, Pat enjoys gardening, helping at St. Michaels Hospice Garden, Caravanning, Art and Music.
We are indeed fortunate to have such a loyal and committed member as our next President.
